Purposes, fungsions and principles about learning evaluation

Purposes learning evaluation is for selection, placement, diagnosis
and remediation, feedback. Selection means to choose and definite wich the
student accepting. In that school appropriate with the reqiurement of that
school.Pleacement means that classiify the students to based on their ability
and their knowledge.Diagnosis means the students are doing the test that givenby
that school, to measure the ability of students.Remidiation means the school
ask the students who failure in the first test to do the other test.Feed back means in this stage we can
know about the level of students’ knowladge.
There are four fungtions of learning evaluation, they are
psychological, sociologist, didactic metodology, administration.
1.
According
to psychological the Function of lerning evalution is to know the result of the
students’learning. After the students knew about their result, the will feel
contented and calm.
2.
According
to sociologist, the function of learning evaluation is to know the ability of
students’ commonication and to adapt with the whole of society and their
characteristics.
3.
According
to didactic methodology, the fungsion of learning evaluation is to help a
teacher to classify the students into group that Appropriate with their ability
and their sapability it help a teacher to improve in learning prosess.
4.
According
to administratif the function of learning evaluation is to give the report of
the students’, progress to their Parents, the offical of goverment, the head
master, teachers and the students it self.
There are five principles of learning evaluation such as:
continuity, comprehensive, objectivity, cooperative, pratically.
